Can I update my order?

Once an order has been shipped, we’re unable to make any changes. However, if it hasn’t been dispatched yet, please contact us promptly at support@thegentlebarista.com or through our social media channels, and we’ll gladly assist with your request.

I didn't receive my order confirmation email. What can I do?

The most common reason is a typo in the email address you entered during checkout. Please check your registered email to ensure it is correct. If you need us to resend your order confirmation, kindly email us at support@thegentlebarista.com.

Payments

What payment methods do you accept?

GCash
We accept payments through GCash. After placing your order, our GCash details will be displayed on the screen and sent to your email for your convenience.

Bank Deposit
We accept payments through bank deposit via Metropolitan Bank and Trust Company (Metrobank). Once you place your order, our Metrobank account details will appear on the screen and will also be emailed to you.

If your bank is different from Metrobank, you can still make a payment using fund transfer or over-the-counter deposit.

How do I pay via GCash?

After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email containing the necessary GCash payment details. In this email, you'll find the account name and GCash number to which you should send your payment.

After completing the payment, kindly reply to the order confirmation email with a screenshot of your GCash transfer confirmation.

How do I pay via Bank Deposit?

After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email containing our Metrobank account details for payment. If your bank is different from Metrobank, you can still make the payment via fund transfer or over-the-counter deposit to our Metrobank account.

Once you've made the payment, please reply to the order confirmation email with a clear scanned copy or photo of your deposit slip. If you paid via online or mobile banking, kindly attach a screenshot of the fund transfer confirmationn.

We choose J&T Express to manage all of our shipments, ensuring that your orders are delivered efficiently and with care.

I've completed the payment. When will my order be shipped?

Orders are typically shipped the next day after payment is confirmed.
